BAKED GRAPEFRUIT

Ingredients:

1/2 grapefruit

1 tsp. of honey

1 packet of stevia/splenda

cinnamon

Directions:

1) Loosen the sections of the grapefruit, and remove the pith with a knife. Drizzle honey over the top, then sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.

2) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

NOTE: You can use the same principle for apples as well!
