Seriously, these progress pics are amazing. HOW do you get your stomach like that? I cannot get “abs”- I’m strong as hell but I seriously think that there is no way I’ll ever be able to see definition… too high of body fat? Maybe, but even when I had lower bf didn’t help…

You looked so beautiful in Feb 2009… I really don’t understand women want to look so muscled. If you are a professional athlete I understand it (it’s just the price to pay to get to the top) But becoming like that just for looks… please don’t
I am not as lean now as I was in most of those photos. If you saw me IRL, you would see my muscles are not all that massive
When you have a low body fat %, your muscle will appear to be larger because there is not a lot of fat covering and they are more visible.

Your body looks gorgeous in February 2009, and March 2009. I think it looks more beautiful, feminine than when you started getting more muscular!
Thanks…but I was also undereating and just doing lots of cardio.
In the 2009 photos, I was not as strong as I am now. My primary focus right now is STRENGTH, and to just keep a healthy physique, and not attempt to get ridiculously lean again.
