lol this was so weird. do you ever use kiping pullups yourself? are they helpful to learn at all? I tried some the other day but failed miserably at them, which is strange as I can do about five normal pullups at a time.
Hilarious. Reminds me of this guy in my gym that we call “Half-Assed Henry.” I’m pretty sure the guy just has shitty form, but it looks like he’s trying to integrate kipping into pretty much every exercise he does. The dude flops around like a brain damaged dolphin at Sea World.
I think kipping pushups are called ‘the worm.’ This is why I refused to do kipping pullups when a trainer I know suggested I could do more that way. I don’t want to cultivate that habit, except perhaps on the dance floor.
Too funny! My back hurts just watching that though. Kipping is for the skinny guys. It’s a little difficult to pull my 230 pounds about like that repeatedly. I keep trying though!
